When you contact us or request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, address, and details about your bathroom and the work you'd like done. We may also take photos and measurements during our home visit.
We use your details to arrange your home visit, prepare your quote, carry out the work, issue invoices, and honour our guarantee. We also keep financial records because the law requires it.
To carry out your job smoothly, we share your name, phone number and address with the people directly involved, such as our tradesmen, your suppliers and the waste collection company. We also use trusted services to run our business, such as our email provider, website host and accountant. We only share what's needed, and never sell your details or use them for anyone else's marketing.
We'll always ask your permission before using photos of your finished bathroom on our website or social media. We never show the outside of your home or anything that could identify your address.
If you receive a quote but don't go ahead, we keep your details for two years in case you'd like to come back to us. For customers who go ahead, we keep invoices and payment records for six years, as required by Revenue.
We don't send marketing messages or newsletters. After your job is finished, we may ask you once for a review.
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, unless we're required by law to keep them. You can also withdraw permission to use photos of your bathroom at any time. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
